Resident Referral Bonus

Malkin Properties has a referral reward program which is offered to current and former residents at our properties.

Simply refer a friend, relative or colleague and let them know how great it is to live at your community and you will be eligible to receive the current referral bonus.  Your referral must sign a 1 year lease term and register your name on the guest card at the time of their initial visit.

We appreciate our valued residents and gladly reward them for letting others know how much they enjoy living at a Malkin property!
